AQWA-D was formed on the combination of ideas of 2 friends Chris Murty and Steve Newsome from different groups of the paddling fraternity. Both as thinkers and innovators we are designing, testing and developing great gear specific to the water sports athlete. The ability to design based upon the specific constraints that other manufacturers have, we can design, construct and sell in a quicker time frame and we are constantly taking feedback from our customers.
Anything to take your love of paddling, water, the outdoors and making this enjoyment all that much easier and fun is what we do. Everything we design has function in mind and we are taking some old ideas and improving them. We are also focused upon design with current boats using new lightweight, high capacity materials.
Many ideas are taken from everyday life, training and paddling. Equipment is designed with the ability to increase paddling time, support safer loading and carrying, on water safety and functional enjoyment. We are always creating new products and thank you to our families for letting us live this dream.
